The hotel arranged an early check-in for us, amazing. The room was spacious and warm, with a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historical streets, giving us an authentic experience.
The walls were quite thin, so we could hear our neighbors playing music, a bit annoying. The bathroom drain had an unpleasant smell.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a convenient location. The beautifully decorated breakfast room was a highlight, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served on expensive china. The hotel also had a lovely garden, where we could relax and listen to occasional live music in the evenings. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with high-quality linens and attention to detail. The staff provided excellent service, anticipating our needs and even preparing a to-go breakfast for our early departure.
The carpet in some areas of the hotel seemed worn and not always fresh-looking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the Old Town. It was really close to everything, but just out of the very centre, really peaceful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the old town. It was so easy to explore the historic streets and landmarks. The little sitting area outside was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The service here was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and even dry cleaning available. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room clean and comfortable.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
